After the economic system reform (Reform and Opening-Up Policy) in 1978, they faced the problems of a huge population flowing out into urban areas and the increase of income disparity inside rural areas.

As a result of the economic reform, certainly some people became wealthy, but on the contrary, income disparity became larger than before.

In order to achieve the goal of agricultural policy set by the Chinese government, it is important to reform the farming village itself, in addition to agricultural reform.

In your study on rural “communities”, the nature of joint relations in the rural part of China before the economic reform is examined. However, this study does not take geographical elements into account, and the driving force behind the movement at the base level has not been clarified, so it cannot be said that it provides useful information in rural reform.

Argument

In considering the effectiveness of a policy, verification at the micro-level is considered unnecessary, but relying solely on a macro perspective cannot lead to a discussion of why the policy is effective.
