Recently, as communication infrastructure has penetrated to the individual level, the healthcare business utilizing digital tools has attracted attention.
Services such as mobile devices and health management applications that are focused on personal health management have also emerged.
Some of these have a function that works with smartphone applications. Some of them can be directly transferred to the applications via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, etc., instead of inputting manually.

Prof. Jiro Kokuryo of the Faculty of Policy Management analyzes the digital health user reviews using text analysis and statistical methods.
The obtained data indicate that the users tend to place more emphasis on primary values (satisfaction by benefits of functions themselves) such as graphing, recording and management, than secondary values (emotional satisfaction through functions).
From this result, it is considered that there is the hardly competitive edge of emotional satisfaction through function over satisfaction by benefits of functions themselves at the moment.
I am wondering if there are potential applications which make emotional satisfaction effective.
Conclusion
In an aging society that will continue to advance, I want to create a digital medical system that allows elderly people to easily manage their health and shares the obtained data with medical institutions.
